First class Airbnb property with great host, food, location. 10 out of 10. A chance find after our regular stopover was booked out. Now this will be our regular stop! A gorgeous, well equipped suite with luxury touches. Thankyou Rhonda, we have had a lovely stay. And the breakfast was just beautiful! You are the perfect host. We were surprised by how wonderful our stay at Lolomo House was. We went to watch our son play in a rugby tournament at TAS (it was walking distance, an unexpected bonus) the room was beautiful, huge, very high ceilings and extremely comfortable. Furnishings complemented the style of the house and the bed was to die for. We took our tennis racquets and had an hour on the court, another bonus! Our hostess Rhonda was very friendly and helpful and presented a 'really nice!' breakfast (my husbands words) It was great! We had expected to spend the weekend just watching rugby but instead, staying at Lolomo House in a relaxed environment, rather than a motel, added another dimension to our weekend. Thank you Rhonda!

Probably the best quality accommodation in Armidale. The quality and the location was beyond expectations and we are difficult to please. Rhonda was an engaging and helpful host and the grounds are great to wander around. Across the road is a park and just a few minutes walk to restaurants and shopping. Highly recommended.

This lovely suite in Loloma House exceeded my hopes & Rhonda's hospitality was absolutely magnificent. The suite was a luxuriously oasis for my busy graduation weekend, and exactly what I wanted to indulge in for my special occasion. As a solo traveller, I felt safe in my cosy and comfortable room whilst still being near to many of the amenities available in the township of Armidale. Rhonda was a very considerate host and organised airport transfers and even took me to UNE for graduation. Her breakfasts were beyond delicious, and so beautifully presented that whilst they might've looked too pretty to eat they heartily satisfied my morning hungry tummy. As my first Airbnb experience I can't imagine any other way of travelling in future.

Booked on behalf of my parents and this is their glowing review: Rhonda has incredible attention to detail that made our stay as enjoyable as possible. She was very communicative, kept us informed and promptly answered any of our question prior to our stay. We stayed in Armidale for a concert and once she knew what we were there for she organised bus tickets to and from the venue. She had great recommendations about where to book in town for dinner and also caterers to provide us with a picnic basket. Room was clean, comfortable, spacious, well- appointed and had everything we needed. The bathroom is newly renovated with a massive shower and double vanity. Didn't up end using the tennis court or swimming pool but had access to if required.

Thank you for a wonderful stay at Loloma. Rhonda was an amazing host and the breakfast was absolutely sensational. Such beautiful accommodation, we walked a block and had bars and restaurants for dinner and drinks, so convenient! A game of tennis after breakfast was a fabulous end to our wonderful visit.

We stayed at Loloma House on our second night of our family weekend away in Armidale. What a beautiful, historic building, so thoughtfully restored and luxuriously decorated. Rhonda was a very welcoming and accommodating host. Our “Ruby Suite” was so spacious and comfortable and breakfast the next day was just what we needed before beginning our drive back home to Brisbane. Thank you for a lovely stay.
